Forschung und Entwicklung neuer multifunktionaler Wirkstoffe nat\u00fcrlichen Ursprungs IDI-20230435<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Der Verwaltungsrat des Zentrums f\u00fcr technologische Entwicklung und Innovation, E.P.E (CDTI), hat in seiner Sitzung am 27.04.2023 die Beteiligung dieses Unternehmens am Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt FORSCHUNG UND ENTWICKLUNG NEUER MULTIFUNKTIONALER WIRKSTOFFE NAT\u00dcRLICHEN URSPRUNGS (PANACEA)<\/strong> genehmigt und eine teilweise r\u00fcckzahlbare F\u00f6rderung gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n

Durchf\u00fchrungsort:<\/strong> Viladecavalls (Katalonien).
\nDurchf\u00fchrungszeitraum:<\/strong> 42 Monate, vom 01.01.2023 bis zum 30.06.2026.<\/p>\n

Projektziel:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ziel von PANACEA ist die Erforschung neuer Substanzen, Verbindungen und multifunktionaler Wirkstoffe nat\u00fcrlichen Ursprungs, organischer und anorganischer Art, die eine prim\u00e4re Funktion erf\u00fcllen und sekund\u00e4r gegen Mikroorganismen wirken, f\u00fcr die anschlie\u00dfende Entwicklung neuer Formulierungen und technischer Endanwendungen in den Bereichen Textil, Kosmetik, Inkjet-Tinten, Beschichtungen und Waschmittel.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt wurde als Konsortium mit 8 Partnern aus verschiedenen Industriezweigen durchgef\u00fchrt: Kosmetik, Textil, Keramik, Biotechnologie, Chemie sowie Agrartechnik und Pflanzenanbau.<\/p>\n

Das Projektbudget bel\u00e4uft sich auf 5.211.500 \u20ac, und der Gesamtbeitrag des CDTI betr\u00e4gt 4.429.800 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel von Geisa im Projekt PANACEA ist die Anwendung dieser organischen und anorganischen Substanzen auf unsere elastischen Gewebe, sowohl in der F\u00e4rberei als auch bei der Herstellung w\u00e4ssriger Appreturen f\u00fcr den Spannrahmenbereich.<\/p>\n

Erzielte Ergebnisse:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Entwicklung neuer F\u00e4rbungen und Textilappreturen mit den neuen Naturextrakten, die als multifunktionale Wirkstoffe und Additive eingesetzt werden.<\/li>\n
  • Entwicklung von Mikrokapseln f\u00fcr diese Appreturen.<\/li>\n
  • Naturextrakte als Bienenabwehrmittel in neu entwickelten dreidimensionalen Imkeranz\u00fcgen; durchgef\u00fchrtes Pre-Screening mit einer Abwehrleistung von > 75 %.<\/li>\n
  • Nat\u00fcrliche F\u00e4rbungen mit antibakterieller Wirkung nach ISO 20743 auf Polyamid\/Bambus-Tr\u00e4germaterial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
