Geisa Fabrics poursuit son engagement ferme envers l’excellence technologique et le respect de l’environnement dans son centre de production de Burgos<\/b>. Dans le cadre de son plan strat\u00e9gique de modernisation, l’entreprise a achev\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l’installation et la mise en service d’une nouvelle machine de teinture de haute pr\u00e9cision. Il s’agit d’un syst\u00e8me JET<\/b>, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment du mod\u00e8le avanc\u00e9 soft-TRD SII 140\/1 (200 KG)<\/b> de la prestigieuse firme allemande Thies<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    • Modernisation des infrastructures :<\/b> Le nouveau Jet (n\u00b0 d’identification 100007668) a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 \u00e0 la place de deux anciennes machines qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mantel\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer l’efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    • Contr\u00f4le num\u00e9rique :<\/b> Lancement des premiers tests \u00e0 l’aide du logiciel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole ESCARRE pour un contr\u00f4le total du processus.<\/li>\n
    • Efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle :<\/b> R\u00e9duction de 33 % de la consommation d’eau et optimisation de l’utilisation de l’\u00e9nergie \u00e0 chaque cycle de teinture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
