A leader of the circular economy: the Geslife® line by Geisa Fabrics
To avoid jeopardising the well-being of future generations, we must make a commitment right now to protect the environment. To this end, Geisa has created the Geslife® sustainable development fabric family.
Geslife® features two lines of fabrics. One of them uses polyester yarn obtained from the recycling of PET bottles, whereas the other line utilises surplus polyamide thread from production, which is recycled and becomes available again. The Geslife® fabrics enjoy the acknowledgement of the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate.
Besides contributing to recycling and reuse, Geslife® also constitutes an example of reduction. The three Rs of the circular economy, which minimises the impact on the environment and pushes us towards a sustainable future. Our three Rs are embodied in: the recycling of plastic, the reuse of waste and the reduction in emissions (74%), water consumption (18%) and energy consumption (84%).
We will be delighted to send you any information you need to learn more about the Geslife® line, and to become, along with us, co-leaders of the circular economy.
