Geisa Fabrics textiles, also ideal for reusable masks
The long-awaited beginning of the deconfinement is getting closer every day. We know that things will not go back to normal, but rather that we will encounter a new normal. A great deal of things will change in our day-to-day life and work as a result of COVID-19 and we are all going to gradually adapt to new needs.
Taking care of ourselves and of others will be imperative. To this end, among other things, we will have to get used to wearing a mask in our social relationships. The mask will no longer be an item exclusive to certain professional sectors and will become a regular complement among the general population.
Geisa Fabrics has been manufacturing technical fabrics for decades now and we have always adapted to the needs of our customers who, at this moment in time, are already using some of our fabrics to make reusable masks and gowns.
These are fabrics with an antibacterial finish based on silver ions and fabrics with an Amphitex water-repellent finish. When they are combined, they deliver the right balance between breathability and filtration: they increase bacterial filtration efficiency, they are splash-resistant, and the wearer does not have a sensation of suffocation.
Please feel free to inquire about our Interlock 10001, Interlock 10315, Interlock 10130, Amanda, Monzon and Nel Silver fabrics for masks, and our Interlock Nepal for gowns. Geisa Fabrics helps you to adapt to the new normal.
